The official release notes list a good dozen additional features. The maintainers promise that "non one can see where traffic is coming from, where it is going, or what the contents are" when the Invisible Internet Project is active. Peers contributed "a portion of their resources" to other network particpants. It uses a fully encrypted privacy network layer to hide user activity and locations. The main new feature is support for I2P, the Invisble Internet Project. You can bypass this to continue with the installation of qBittorrent 4.6.0. This happens when a file is new and unknown to SmartScreen. Note: Windows Smartscreen may block the installation by default. The new release is also available on the official project website. Existing users may select Help > Check for updates to check for the update or Help > About to display the current version.
